I don't know how well that ties in with the book though. These are great covers, I like the UK and the US best :)Chased By My Imaginationhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00086854540882754954noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7939955414410354911.post-65897156208842517482014-07-29T19:42:43.124+01:002014-07-29T19:42:43.124+01:00Yes, I don't usually post this many covers but...Yes, I don't usually post this many covers but there were so many unusual covers for this book I just grabbed as many as possible!Vee_Bookishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00652899477091461541noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7939955414410354911.post-70177666379593531942014-07-29T19:42:05.126+01:002014-07-29T19:42:05.126+01:00I'm looking forward to seeing the movie... at ...I'm looking forward to seeing the movie... at the same time as dreading it!Vee_Bookishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00652899477091461541noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7939955414410354911.post-1901412150573771282014-07-29T19:41:26.486+01:002014-07-29T19:41:26.486+01:00Ah, thank you! I haven't heard of that term before.Vee_Bookishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00652899477091461541noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7939955414410354911.post-51883315494318834282014-07-29T18:59:29.466+01:002014-07-29T18:59:29.466+01:00Such a variety. I've watched the movie and I love both the book and the movie. Other then that the Hungarian one. Possibly. They play chess through the fence! I must see that I feel that most of these covers reveal the outcome to much. When I read The Boy in the Striped Pajamas it was in magazine form, so with a totally random stockphoto cover. When I read it, the impact was even greater because it took some time for me to even figure out that the boy was talking about a concentration camp.. Therefore I like the second cover with just the blue stripes the best :). Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
